Today in Washington, Republican Freshman Congressman Fundie McCrazypants introduced legislation that would allow accused rapists to define what constitutes rape.
"The Founding Fathers never intended for this nation to tolerate the tyranny of a socialist government telling us what is and is not consensual sex" McCrazypants, the newest representative from the state of Insanity, told HNN. " Do you trust the government nanny-state to tell you when you've crossed the line? I think that's a determination that each American has the right to make for themselves."
Not to be out-done, fellow member of the powerful House Graft and Mysogyny Committee Looney Lifer (R-Anywhere) sponsored a bill that defines the shooting of any woman who says she regrets getting pregnant as "A Good Deed" and makes the shooter eligible for a medal, providing that the woman he shoots does not eventually get an abortion.
"Those of us who are truly committed to the sacredness of life must not flinch from killing to preserve it. Extremism in defense of the innocent is God's law" Looney said "and anyone who doesn't place God's law above the laws of man should move to Russia."
