The newest Sufferfest video, Blender, has been released and the Sufferfest ERG Spreadsheet has been updated. The new video is 1 hour, 40 minutes long and the workout was designed by Neal Henderson. Neal is anĀ Elite Cycling and Triathlon Coach at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine and coaches Taylor Phinney.
The video is also presented in partnership with the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s.

Excellent work! Just bought the two new sufferfest videos- violator etc. Any idea when yu will be making the new erg files for them? Thanks
I’m currently working on Violator when I have time. Doing the timing for 64 short sprints is somewhat time consuming. But, I should get it finished this week and then I’ll start on ISLAGIATT after that. To be honest, I’m not sure that doing Violator with an erg file is the best idea. The CompuTrainer makes power transitions quickly so it should work, but I think you might get better sprints if you put the trainer in slope mode. I’m going to try it both ways and see what I like best (hate more is probably more what I’m looking for).
