100 Push Ups

Monday I start the 100 Push Up Challenge. The goal of the 6 week program is to gradually increase the number of push ups I can do until I can pump out 100 of them in a row (no cheating). At my current level of fitness, I can do 30-35 pushups before my forms starts to suffer. That allows me, according to the website, to start at week 3 instead of at the very beginning. When I’m done I can buy the t-shirt.

Ted,
Good for you… After doing Push Ups in the Army for 20 years, I have resolved to never do another one (not really)…
I am trying to send you a note via the contact page, but I keep getting an error on the validation code even though I am putting it in there… Perhaps I have some browser compatibility issues…
Here is what I tried to send you:
I saw your rides in Motion based, and, on a whim, Googled tmeisky and found your blog. I had noticed that many originate near me in Westerville (I live in the new part of Mill Stone Creek. My Motion based username is olexiod.
I just moved here last summer and I definitely do not get out as much as you do – nor go as far, but I was wondering if you do most of your riding in groups, or on your own. I have always riden alone, but wanted to get linked up with someone to ride with on occasion- but am still a little unsure of the commitment, ability level, etc.
I am a school teacher so I hope to get a more consistent riding schedule in the summer…
Enjoyed your blog…
Dan
